2. During the whole process of cleaning, the operation of the hydraulic oil pump and the heating of cleaning chemicals are carried out together. When the working temperature of cleaning hydraulic oil is (50-80) °C, the plastic residue in the system is easy to remove;
3. During the whole process of cleaning, the pipeline can be hit with a non-metallic hammer rod, which can be beaten sustainably, and it is not constantly beaten, which is convenient for solving the appendages in the pipeline;
4. The intermittent operation of the hydraulic oil pump of the hydraulic motor reducer is conducive to improving the expected effect of cleaning, and the intermittent time is usually (ten-30)min;
5. On the return road to clean the main oil channel, a filter system or filter screen should be installed. At the beginning of cleaning, due to a large amount of sediment, an 80-mesh filter can be used, and the filter screen of more than 150 mesh can be changed in the second half of cleaning;
6. The cleaning time is usually (48-60) hours, and management decisions should be made according to the diversity of the system, excessive precision specifications and air pollution layers;
7. In order to prevent rust caused by moisture in the outside world, at the end of cleaning, the hydraulic oil pump must continue to run until the temperature returns to normal;
8. After cleaning, the cleaning oil in the control loop should be eliminated and cleaned and tidy.
