1) Sealed working chamber with periodic changes. The sealed working chamber in the positive displacement hydraulic pump is called the oil suction chamber when it is in oil absorption, and the volume of the oil suction chamber is large to suck the working liquid and complete the oil absorption process. When the working chamber is in the oil discharge, it is called the pressure oil chamber, and the volume of the pressure oil chamber is reduced to repel the liquid and complete the oil pressing process.
2)It has a corresponding flow distribution mechanism. The distribution mechanism makes the oil suction chamber and the pressure oil chamber strictly separated. Guarantee continuous operation of the hydraulic pump. Check valve shown in Figure 3-1 5. 6 is the distribution mechanism. When oil is sucked, the oil discharge check valve 5 is closed, and the pressure line (oil pressure chamber) behind the check valve is separated from the oil suction chamber; When pressing oil, the oil suction check valve 6 is closed. Make the oil suction line (oil suction chamber) different from the pressure oil chamber. The structure of the hydraulic pump is different, and its distribution mechanism is also different.
3) Self-priming ability. The ability of the hydraulic pump to work metamorphosis by absorbing oil by itself or with the help of atmospheric pressure is called the self-priming ability of the pump. In order for the hydraulic pump to suck oil from the tank or under atmospheric pressure immersion, the tank in the hydraulic system must be the same as the atmosphere or use a closed pressurized tank.
